Directions
- Start by making the garlic noodles.
- Garlicky Garlic Noodles
- Fill up a large pot with ter and set on the stove to boil for the pasta.
- While the water is boiling, prepare your ingredients.
Mince half of the garlic cloves and slice the other half for textural differences and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, seasoning sauce, and cheese. - Boil the pasta until al dente.
- While the pasta is boiling, place a large pan on medium heat, add in the butter and a splash of olive oil. Add in the garlic and gently fry for 3-5 minutes or until the garlic begins to turn golden. Turn off the heat.
- Add in the pasta to the pan and mix well to incorporate the garlic and sauce throughout.
- Slowly add in the egg, cheese, and seasoning sauce mixture to the pasta while mixing vigorously. Make sure to turn off the heat before to prevent the eggs from immediate cooking.
- Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Add thinly sliced green onions for garnish.
- Snow Crab

- Melt the butter and garlic on the stove or in the microwave.
- Combine Together
- Prior to serving, add the garlic noodles to an oven safe pan or tray and spread around.
- Place the snow crab on top of the garlic noodles and brush the snow crab with the garlic butter mixture.
- Toss under the broiler for a minute.
- Freshly squeeze some lemon juice and enjoy.
Notes
- Fresh garlic is a MUST for this dish! It’s a lot of work to peel and cut, but it’ll be worth it in the end :).
- Other seafood that would work well with this dish includes shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, crawfish tails, lobsters, etc.
- Wine pairing recommendations include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Vinho Verde, Chablis (my choice), or Dry Riesling.
